Harmony and Calm
The atmosphere at Nelumbo Spa is dedicated to well-being, inner balance, and tranquility. We kindly request that you maintain a low voice, silence your mobile phone, and fully immerse yourself in our services and facilities.
Elegance and Dress Code
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort during your moments of disconnection, we kindly ask that you wear appropriate swimwear in all common areas, including saunas. In treatment rooms, we provide disposable linen, specifically prepared to ensure your privacy during therapy. Hotel guests are invited to enjoy access to Nelumbo Med-Spa while wearing the robe and slippers provided in their rooms for added comfort throughout their visit.
Spa Experience Scheduling
All therapies are available exclusively by appointment, subject to availability. Upon request, we can assign a female or male therapist based on availability. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to relax and complete the necessary health questionnaire before therapy. In the event of a delay, the duration of the treatment will be adjusted to accommodate the schedules of other guests. Please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, or incident histories that may influence treatments or the use of facilities.
For modifications or cancellations, we kindly request you to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the service value will be applied. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment will incur the full treatment cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Minor’s Access
Access for minors under 16 years of age to Spa treatments is permitted only with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian, and under conditions of treatments appropriate for their age. To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, access for minors under 16 to relaxation areas, saunas, and treatment rooms is prohibited. Minors must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas, including pools and changing rooms.
Payment Methods
Hotel guests may settle their accounts at the SPA Reception or opt to charge the cost to their room account. External visitors may pay online or at the Spa Reception, using a credit card or cash. Spa service rates are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with the hotel’s internal policy.
